Willow is responsible for the day to day administration of the home, supporting the general manager in making the home runs smoothly. In her role, she liaises with the relatives of the residents. She is also responsible for the staff rotas and general office duties.

My name is Willow and I am the Administrator at the lovely Silver Birch. I have worked in the care sector for around 8 years, as an Administrator, since 2013. I am responsible for assisting the General Manager with administration and systems within the home in accordance with company standards and in compliance with all regulatory and statutory regulations.
