I worked as a Carer for 8 years supporting vulnerable people with challenging behaviours. I was promoted to Senior Carer with responsibility for the residents’ safety and welfare. I then joined Silver Birch as a Senior Carer and have since advanced to Deputy Manager sharing the focus and values within our home.
